Softness - melt your inner space, so there is no tension. Imagine you’re goo. 3. Slowness - move slowly, take your time. Allow yourself permission to find your rhythm un-rushed. Move slower than feels natural. 4. Smoothness - be precise and deliberate with your movements... like a dancer. Be fully present in your body. Be aware of each movement as being elegant and beautiful. 5. Sweetness - add a touch of delight and lightness! Radiate kindness and playfulness, find the innocence in things. Through experience and application, I have found this process to be a potent reset back into your joy to meet almost any situation - from seduction and lovemaking to being present with loved ones and your kids.
